About Andrew Uskov
I learned the trade the old-fashioned way. My grandfather was a master craftsman, and from a young age he taught me to do every job properly, with my own hands, and to finish what I start. That habit has stayed with me through 15 years of work across plumbing, tiling, carpentry, wet rooms, wall boarding and stretch ceilings.
My family and I have lived in Wales since 2022, and Uskov Renovations grew from there, one project and one recommendation at a time.
I care about the details most people don't look at. If I’m replacing a shower tap and the sealant around it is worn or mouldy, I’ll renew it, because it takes minutes and the finished room looks better for it. Straight joints, true corners and clean finishes are standard on every job, not extras.
I do most of the work on site myself. Electrical and gas work is the exception: UK regulations require qualified specialists, so I bring in electricians and gas engineers I know and trust, and I stay responsible for the whole project.
You deal with me directly, from the first visit to the final walkthrough. What I hope to hear at the end is that the result is better than you expected.
